Psychotherapy
Every person can enter into such a strong state of crises in their life that despite all their abilities they are no longer able to cope with the situation on their own. If our established problem management strategies fail, psychological symptoms can develop, such as sleep disorders, nightmares, brooding, concentration problems, persistent tension, irrational fears, avoidance behaviour, depressive mood, listlessness, loss of interest, lack of energy or substance abuse (e.g. too much alcohol). In this case it is a sign of courage and strength to seek the necessary professional help.
